Mengqi Qian(Iris)

Mengqi Qian (Iris) has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they are the VP APAC Revenue and Entrepreneur In Residence | New Business at Retraced, and the Chairperson at WHU Entrepreneurship Roundtable. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Founder & CEO of MW International Consulting Co., Ltd, which works as a bridge between China and the world. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Global Engagement Manager & Project Manager at China Entrepreneur Club | 中国企业家联谊会. In 2015, they were the Project Assistant at the Delegation of the European Union to China 欧盟驻华代表团. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Immigration Officer at Immigration New Zealand.

Mengqi Qian (Iris) began their education in 2010, when they earned their Master's degree in Linguistics and Applied Linguistics from Beijing Foreign Studies University. In 2016, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter. Mengqi is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
