Véronique Ansseau

Véronique Ansseau has built an extensive career in corporate process improvement and internal control, with significant experience at EUROCONTROL from January 2007 to July 2023, where roles included Corporate Internal Control Standards Coordinator - Business Continuity Planner, Corporate Process Improvement Specialist, and ICS Excellence Manager. Responsibilities encompassed maintaining and improving the corporate process framework and managing various continuous improvement projects. Additionally, Véronique served as the ESPRIX Award Assessment Team Leader from July 2013 to July 2023 and held the position of Award EFQM Assessor from 2005 to 2011. Since August 2018, Véronique has been retired.
