Fady Samir

Fady Samir has extensive experience in operations and management, particularly within the soft services sector, holding various positions at Contrack Facilities Management S.A.E since September 2010. As Deputy Operations Director for Soft Services, Fady oversees project progress, staff productivity, and profitability, while supporting business planning and tendering. Previously served as Head of Soft Services, managing a diverse range of services and implementing strategic initiatives across multiple large-scale sites. Fady's earlier roles include Regional Manager and Area Manager, focusing on quality control, budget management, and staff training. Prior experience includes legal coordination and sales roles, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Ain Shams University.
