Dana Leshok

Dana Leshok is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and psychiatric care. Currently serving as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Thriveworks since October 2022, Dana is also a Dual-Certified Family Practice and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Retreat Behavioral Health. Other roles include a CRNP at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital and a Family Nurse Practitioner at UnitedHealth Group, where the focus was on managing geriatric health in various settings.
