Lindsey Richards

Lindsey Richards has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Sales Associate at Boscov's Department Store, LLC, and continued in that role until September 2016. From April 2016 to April 2022, Lindsey served as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at Retreat at Lancaster County. Lindsey then transitioned to Retreat Behavioral Health in July 2019, where they held multiple positions. Lindsey was a Clinical Supervisor from July 2019 to April 2022. Following that, they became a Quality Assurance Specialist and a Medical Records Supervisor from October 2021 to March 2023. Currently, Lindsey holds the position of Corporate Director of Healthcare Information at Retreat Behavioral Health since October 2022.

Lindsey Richards earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2010. Lindsey then pursued further education and completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology from Alvernia University between 2011 and 2015.
