Pauliina Silva

Pauliina Silva has over 20 years of work experience in various analytical and information management roles. Pauliina is currently working as a Senior Data Insight Analyst at Retriever since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Analyst at Retriever from May 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Retriever, Silva worked at Luontoemo as an MD since 2011. Pauliina also has significant experience at M-Brain as a Senior Analyst from 2012 to 2021, and at Cision as a Senior Analyst/Analyst from 2007 to 2011.

Earlier in their career, Silva worked at Observer Finland as an Analyst/Information Specialist from 2006 to 2007, and at Kudos Information Finland as a Technical Writer from 2001 to 2006. Pauliina also had a role as a Documentation Coordinator at Nokia do Brasil from December 2001 to December 2002.

Pauliina Silva completed their education at various institutions. In 2005-2006, they attended the University of Helsinki and obtained a degree in teaching with a focus on French. From 1994 to 1999, they studied at the University of Jyväskylä and earned their MA degree in French, Political Science, and English. Pauliina also expanded their qualifications at the North Karelia Adult Education Centre, where they undertook a course in Nature-based Production. In addition, in 2017, Pauliina enrolled at the University of Jyväskylä to pursue a teaching degree in English. Pauliina further acquired expertise in the field of Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism at Koulutuskeskus Salpaus, where they completed a program on tourism activity provision.
