Kari Anne Wisth Schjerden has a strong background in sales and customer service. Kari Anne, Wisth began their career in 2002 as a Sales Consultant at Dangaard Telecom Norway, where they handled customer inquiries, processed sales orders, and conducted campaigns and follow-ups for key clients. In 2008, they joined Brightpoint as a CSR Project Manager before the company merged and changed its name to Brightpoint AS. Kari Anne, Wisth then moved on to work at SmartPhones Telecom AS as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, where they coordinated and reported sales, prepared offers, and managed customer deliveries. In 2009, Kari Anne joined Retriever as a Customer Manager.
Kari Anne Wisth Schjerden began their education in 1997 at Auckland University of Technology, where they studied Communication Studies. Kari Anne, Wisth attended the university for a duration of two years before completing their studies in 1999.
In 2000, Kari Anne enrolled in NRH and pursued a degree in Reiseliv og Kommunikasjon, which they successfully completed in 2002.

Kari Anne, Wisth pursued a Master of Management degree with a focus on Samspill og ledelse; anvendt organisasjonspsykologi. Their studies at BI Norwegian Business School concluded in 2014.
