Matthew Buckley

Matthew Buckley has worked in various roles throughout their career. Matthew co-founded Retro Biosciences in November 2020 and continues to work there currently. Prior to that, they were a Systems Integration Engineer at Illumina from May 2015 to August 2015. Before that, they worked as a Scientist in Global Biologics Development at Bayer HealthCare for two months in 2014. Matthew began their professional journey as a Paperboy at Davis Enterprise from June 2007 to July 2008.

Matthew Buckley completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Bioengineering. Matthew then pursued higher education at Stanford University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Genetics. Additionally, Matthew participated in a Study Abroad Program at the National University of Singapore.
