Nomsa Ngubane

Nomsa Ngubane is an experienced brand manager currently serving at Retro Rabbit since September 2023. As a co-founder of The Third Thread, a through-the-line marketing agency since May 2020, Nomsa excels in driving growth and delivering impactful marketing solutions. Previous roles include pivotal positions at PIMMS Group, where strategic marketing initiatives were developed and executed, and at VWV Group SA, where talent management strategies were shaped and implemented. Early career experiences at Airey Scott involved managing campaigns and enhancing consumer affinity through strategic sponsorships and partnerships. Nomsa holds a BA Honours in Strategic Brand Communication from Vega School, completed the Leading Women Programme at GIBS Business School in 2018, earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Cape Town, and obtained a BsocSci in Politics and History from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
