Cody McGinley

Cody McGinley has been working in the recruitment industry since 2011. Cody began their career as a Recruiter at Liquid Red Recruiting in 2011. In 2012, they moved to NelsonInteractive as a Senior Game Recruiter. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as Talent Acquisition on-site at Google for Nelson Staffing. Cody then worked as a Corporate Recruiter (Contract) for Adaptive Insights from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Technical Recruiter (Contract) for Contract Recruiter and as a Senior Corporate Recruiter (Contract) for SunPower Corporation. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Recruiter - Amazon Game Studios (Contract) for Amazon Game Tech. Finally, they have been a Senior Recruiter for Retro Studios since 2019 and a Senior Recruiter (Contract) for Q2ebanking since 2018.

Cody McGinley attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1987 to 1989, studying Psychology. Cody then attended Chadron State College from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
