Morgan Burke

Morgan Burke currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Retrofête since February 2025. Prior to this role, Morgan held significant positions in human resources, including Senior Director of Human Resources at Stoney Clover Lane from October 2021 to February 2024 and Head of Human Resources for North America at No7 Beauty Company from October 2018 to October 2021. Previous experience includes positions at MAKE UP FOR EVER as Senior Manager and Human Resources Manager, and at Strivectin Operating Company as Assistant Manager and HR Coordinator. Morgan began professional endeavors as a Human Resources Assistant at RTKL from August 2011 to April 2013. Morgan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Loyola University Maryland, as well as a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
