Kristina Hone

Kristina Hone, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data science, program management, and special education. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at the Rett Syndrome Research Trust since September 2022, Kristina applies mathematical and coding skills to manage and analyze rare disease research data. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The CASK Gene Foundation, established in November 2019, Kristina directs operations aimed at enhancing the lives of those impacted by unique CASK genes. Previous roles include Director of Special Education at Treeside Charter School, Program Manager at Nu Skin Enterprises, and various management positions at Ancestry and Fairfax County Government. Kristina holds an MBA from Utah Valley University, a BS in Management from Brigham Young University, and an Associate of Science in Education from Laurel Ridge Community College.
