Timo Haakana

Timo Haakana has extensive experience in real estate management, currently serving as Technical Real Estate Manager at Retta since August 2016, following roles as Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Manager trainee. Prior to this, Timo was a Real Estate Manager student at Hyria Education and undertook a sabbath leave to renovate a house. Timo's earlier roles include Motor Transport Officer in the Finnish Defence Forces, where responsibility involved maintenance and logistics during peacekeeping operations. Timo also held senior positions at Patria Land Services Oy, including Key Account Manager and Head of Department roles, and has a solid foundation in sales from positions at Abile Oy and Auramo Trukit Oy. Timo is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Construction Management at Häme University of Applied Sciences and has previously earned a similar degree from SeAMK - Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences and education from the Military Academy and Savonlinna Business School.
