Steven Guajardo

Steven Guajardo has a diverse background in operations and customer service, currently serving as Operations Manager at Sway (formerly Returnmates) since January 2022, previously holding the role of Operations Associate. Prior experience includes mentoring new applicants at Favor Delivery from April 2017 to April 2022 and performing customer service and order management duties as a Runner. Additionally, Steven worked as a Runner Support Representative at Fetch Package and held multiple roles at FESCO, Ltd, including Production Tester, where responsibilities included monitoring test data for engineers. Earlier roles at Solstice Sunglasses and Nautica involved management, sales support, and exceptional customer service. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Texas State University, earned in 2012.
