Rebecca Ray currently leads the US Human Capital Center at The Conference Board. Formerly an executive at several leading organizations, including three Fortune 50 companies, Rebecca was responsible for talent acquisition, learning and leadership development, employee engagement and experience, performance management, executive assessment, coaching and succession management.
