Ximena Ball

Ximena Ball, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Reunion Resort since April 2014, Ximena has held various roles within the organization, including Assistant Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Ximena spent over 22 years at Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa, Luxury Resorts, where responsibilities included Spa Director, Senior F&B Manager, and various management roles in food and beverage operations.
