John Welch, PMP, MSPM

John Welch, PMP, MSPM, has a solid work experience background. John currently serves as the Project Manager Team Lead at REV Federal Credit Union since April 2022, and previously worked as a Project Manager from January 2021 to April 2022 at the same company. Prior to that, they worked at TIAG® as a Project Manager from February 2020 to January 2021, and as a Management Analyst from June 2019 to January 2020. John also gained experience at Blackbaud as a Project Manager from June 2016 to April 2019, and as a Senior Hosting Support Analyst from September 2014 to June 2016. Lastly, they held a role as an Implementation Associate at SIB Development & Consulting Inc. from August 2013 to December 2013. Throughout their career, John has developed skills in project management, technical troubleshooting, and implementation.

John Welch, PMP, MSPM has an educational background in both project management and music entrepreneurship. John obtained their Master of Science degree in Project Management from The Citadel in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music and Entrepreneurship from Winthrop University, which they completed between 2004 and 2013. In addition to their degrees, John has obtained additional certifications to enhance their project management skills. John earned a Graduate Certificate in Technical Project Management from The Citadel in May 2020 and became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
