Paul McManus

Paul McManus is an experienced organizational development leader with a strong background in human resources and talent development. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at REV Federal Credit Union since February 2021, Paul McManus oversees the Human Resources and REV Learns departments to enhance member and employee experiences while supporting the credit union's strategic vision. Previously, Paul held the position of Vice President - Organizational Development at Piedmont Advantage Credit Union, where responsibilities included leading integrated functions of HR and learning departments, enhancing employee experiences, and driving leadership development. With a solid foundation in human resources gained from roles at BB&T, including Vice President and various leadership positions, Paul McManus possesses extensive expertise in employee growth, talent management, and organizational culture. Paul McManus earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and International Business from Loyola University Maryland.
