Paul Dubois

Paul DuBois is a seasoned executive specializing in organizational development and learning. Currently serving as the Vice President of Organizational Development at Aspirion, Paul leads the vision and strategy for Learning & Development, Leadership Programs, and Quality Assurance. As the owner and president of DuBois Consulting, LLC since 2012, Paul assists organizations in maximizing workforce potential through analysis and effective leadership culture. Previously, Paul held various leadership positions at Acclara, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and learning for over 2,500 remote employees, and at Van Meter Inc., where Paul developed award-winning employee onboarding programs. With extensive experience in training and development within major corporations such as U.S. Cellular and MCI Communications, Paul combines strategic leadership with a deep commitment to fostering effective organizational cultures. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Art from Cornell College.
