Richard Hicks

Richard Hicks has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Richard began their career in 1998 as a Security Forces Apprentice in the United States Air Force Security Forces. After leaving the military, they worked as a Warehouse Associate at US Marine-Bayliner before joining Radio Systems Corporation as a Reverse Logistics Associate. In 2010, they joined Luxottica Optical Manufacturing as a Process Technician, where they demonstrated expertise in various technical optical equipment and processes. Richard later worked at Staffmark as a Temporary Associate and at Walmart as an Overnight Stocker. Richard also worked at Staffing Solutions as a Temporary Associate and Sitel as a Customer Service Representative. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) as a Reservation Specialist. Before their current role, they worked at REV Federal Credit Union in three positions, starting as a Member Advisor and later transitioning to roles such as Digital Care Lead and Compliance Analyst. Richard Hicks has consistently showcased their adaptability and diverse skill set throughout their career.

Richard Hicks attended South College in 2014, where they studied Diagnostic Medical Sonography/Sonographer and Ultrasound Technician. Prior to that, in 2013-2014, they attended Pellissippi State Community College, focusing on General Studies. Additionally, in 2005, Richard received a certification titled "Focus: Achieving Your Highest Priorities" from the institution FRANKLIN COVEY CO.
