Nathan Pust has held various roles in the engineering field since 2004. Nathan began their career as a Shift Supervisor at UPS in 2004. In 2006, they moved to Applied Motion Systems, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer, where they interfaced directly with customers and suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance, assisted the sales team in developing concept architecture to enhance sales proposals, and developed a labeling method to increase productivity and decrease rework. In 2011, Nathan moved to Maxcess International as a Mechanical Engineer III, where they developed a process that resulted in a 49% reduction in sales order and engineering processing errors, and was the primary applications engineer responsible for 3 new products targeted for global markets. In 2013, Nathan began working at Flex as a Senior Process Engineer. Finally, in 2017, Nathan joined HP as a Metals Procurement Engineer, specializing in metal component manufacturing technologies and working closely with a cross functional development team. In 2018, Nathan became the Chief Executive Officer of REV Rides.
Nathan Pust attended Washington State University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Hillcrest International School - Indonesia from 1999 to 2003, where they received their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
