Kelley Heckert

Kelley Heckert is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at REVTech since April 2024. Previously, Kelley held the position of Director of Program Services at DYOPATH, overseeing successful program delivery and client experience. Earlier roles include managing national accounts and IT solutions at ITS and serving as National Account Manager at Advanced Technology Services (ATS). Kelley's background also encompasses significant tenures at IBM, where various leadership roles focused on cloud technical sales and architecture, as well as operations management at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. Kelley began a professional journey in systems administration and development at NCI Information Systems, following the acquisition of a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
