Additionally, Ashley coordinated events as a freelancer and worked as a Sales Associate at Restoration Hardware, achieving significant sales targets. Early career roles included an internship with Promotions One, where involvement in planning large-scale events was notable, alongside an internship at Mission Essential Personnel, LLC focusing on HR processes. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications from Otterbein University and has experience in fashion merchandising/marketing from studies at The Ohio State University and American Intercontinental University in London.
