Kristy Campbell

Kristy Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kristy worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Rev1 Ventures, where they focused on aligning the team, programs, and partnerships around the needs of entrepreneurs. Kristy also led the strategy for Rev1's diversity and inclusion efforts. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Rev1 Ventures, leading the market launch and working closely with the company's portfolio to generate awareness and support.

Kristy Campbell is currently a Board Member at SureImpact and an Advisory Board Member at both CultivateSMB and START CBUS. Kristy has also served as a Board Member at i.c.stars|*COLUMBUS.

Before joining Rev1 Ventures, Kristy Campbell worked as a Fractional CMO at Department M LLC and as the Director of Digital Marketing & Communications at Manta, where they managed a large marketing budget and a team focused on acquiring and engaging members. Kristy also launched national brand campaigns and implemented the Small Business Wellness Index study.

Kristy previously served as the Director of Marketing at Saama, where they overhauled the brand and achieved significant revenue growth. Kristy also worked as the Director of Marketing at Title First Agency / Scimus Technologies, where they launched a new division and developed marketing programs for Realtors.

Earlier in their career, Kristy Campbell was a Marketing Manager at Evolving Systems, where they managed product marketing and marketing communications. Kristy played a key role in re-positioning acquired software products for new markets and developing the company's brand identity.

Kristy Campbell completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, with a specialization in Marketing/Advertising, from Ohio University. Prior to that, they attended River Valley High School, where they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Later on, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Ashland University. In addition to their formal education, Kristy Campbell obtained a certification from VC University in July 2021.
