Jean-David Herld

Jean-David Herld is a Senior Associate at Revaia. Jean-David has over seven years of experience in the technology, media, and telecommunications industries.

Jean-David started their career as an intern at Commerzbank AG and Porsche. Jean-David then worked as a Research Analyst at The Brattle Group before joining Strata Partners as an Analyst. At Strata Partners, they advised on transactions such as the sale of Vayant Travel Technologies to PROS.

In October 2018, Jean-David joined Arma Partners as a Senior Analyst. During their time at Arma Partners, they advised on several high-profile transactions, including the $70m Series D investment in MPB by Vitruvian Partners and the $530m Series E investment in Wolt by ICONIQ Growth. Jean-David also advised Nordcloud on its sale to IBM and HungryPanda on its $70m Series E investment by Kinnevik.

Jean-David holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Paris.

Jean-David Herld has a Master of Science in Finance from Imperial College London, an International Summer University in Economics from Copenhagen Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin, and a Fulbright Study Abroad Programme in Computer Science from Bentley University.
