Dan Novellano

Dan Novellano has extensive work experience in the legal field. Dan currently serves as the EVP - Legal at Reveal since July 2021. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Associate General Counsel at Enova International, Inc., where they advised executives and senior management on labor and employment topics, handled employee relations issues, and drafted employment-related agreements.

Before joining Enova International, Dan worked at the same company, first as an Assistant General Counsel from 2015 to 2018, then as a Senior Corporate Counsel for a brief period in 2015, and earlier as an Employee Relations Manager from 2013 to 2015.

Their earlier experience includes working as Counsel at Vantage Legal Solutions, P.C from 2007 to 2013 and as an Associate Attorney at Ashman Law Offices, LLC from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, they served as Counsel at Hands On Technology Transfer, Inc. from 2005 to 2006 and as an Associate at Michaels & Ward from 2005 to 2006.

Dan Novellano received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Boston College in 2001. Dan then went on to earn their JD from Boston University School of Law in 2004. Prior to their university studies, they attended Christian Brothers Academy from 1993 to 1997.
