Jonathan Morgan

Jonathan Morgan is a seasoned software engineer and educator with extensive experience in data analysis and technology integration. Currently, Jonathan serves as a Software Engineer at the U.S. Census Bureau and as a Senior Software Engineer at Reveal Global Consulting, both positions beginning in April 2020. Jonathan has held notable roles, including Senior Research Scientist at New York University, where work focused on developing modular data facility systems for research collaborations, and as a Senior Data Scientist at the U.S. Census Bureau. In addition to technical roles, Jonathan has been an adjunct university instructor, teaching various journalism and data analytics courses across multiple institutions. Jonathan holds a PhD in Media and Information Studies from Michigan State University, a Master of Arts in Newspaper Journalism from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Writing, and Mathematics from Wittenberg University.
