Srinivasan Mukundan has worked in various roles in the medical field since 2001. Srinivasan began their career as an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Emory University in 2001, followed by a similar role at Duke University in 2002. In 2008, they became an Associate Professor of Radiology at Harvard University. In 2016, they were appointed as the Medical Director of Magnetic Resonance Imaging at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Medical Director at Reveal Pharmaceuticals.
Srinivasan Mukundan has a long and varied educational history. Srinivasan received their Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Emory University in 1986. Following this, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science in Bio Inorganic Chemistry from Emory University in 1991. Srinivasan then went on to receive their Doctor of Medicine from Emory University School of Medicine in 1996. After this, they completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program at Emory University School of Medicine from 1996 to 2000. Srinivasan then went on to complete a Diagnostic Neuroradiology Program Fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine from 2000 to 2001. Finally, they completed a Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging Fellowship at Emory University School of Medicine from 1993 to 1994.
