Ryan Spangler

Ryan Spangler is an accomplished professional in the biotechnology and longevity sectors with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and scientific research. Currently serving as Strategy and Operations Manager at ODDITY LABS since March 2025, Ryan is also a Venture Fellow at Healthspan Capital, focusing on investments in longevity therapies. Ryan's previous roles include Director of Operations at ImmuneAGE Bio, where efforts aimed at immune system rejuvenation, and participation as a Longevity Biotech Fellow at On Deck. Contributions to VitaDAO involved scouting and supporting early-stage longevity research projects. Previous experience includes a Research Fellow position at Nodes Advisors AG, Scientific Consultant at NeuroDex, and Director of Scientific Operations at Cogentis Therapeutics, where management of scientific projects related to neurodegenerative diseases took place.
