Ioana Saceanu

Ioana Saceanu possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational strategy, currently serving as an HR Consultant and People and Organization Strategist at Fitmind since April 2021 while also working as a Trainer and HR Consultant for REVELA since September 2018. Prior to these roles, Ioana held the position of Human Resources Director and Board Member at Vincon Romania from July 2012 to April 2021, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management for 600 employees, and leading initiatives in commercial management and leadership development. Additional consultancy experience includes roles at Unilever and Vodafone, where Ioana focused on customer experience, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
