Gwendolyn Parker- PMP, 6σGB

Gwendolyn Parker has over 12 years of experience in various project management roles. Gwendolyn is currently a Project Manager at Revelation Pharma. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Management Consultant at North Highland, managing the implementation of a middleware solution for the accounts receivables team and representing the source providers' interests during a massive divestiture.

Before joining North Highland, they spent nine years at AT&T in various roles. As a Senior- Client Services Project/Program Manager, they oversaw the end-to-end implementation of voice & data services to over 1500 client sites. As an Area Manager, they managed a team of 15 direct-report project managers, ensuring project success via risks assessments, issue resolution, and resource management, and also spearheaded employee engagement initiatives. Their role as Manager Quality/M&P/Process involved directing two internal projects in support of the SVP’s initiative and goals for an internal organization with over 20,000 employees.

Earlier in their career, they worked for the City of Rochester as an Assistant Program Coordinator, where they developed, launched, & monitored a city-wide youth employment program.

Gwendolyn Parker-PMP, 6σGB attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Quality Management, Business, and Management Information Studies. Gwendolyn also obtained a Quality Management Certification from the same institution in September 2010. In February 2007, they earned their first Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Parker-PMP, 6σGB also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from AT&T in November 2011, and an AEPM Certification from AT&T in November 2014. In February 2017, they earned another PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, Parker-PMP, 6σGB has completed several online courses on various topics such as global strategy, cybersecurity, and client management through LinkedIn Learning and earned certifications on enhancing productivity, confrontation of bias, building business relationships, and consulting foundations from the platform.
