David Goodis

Mr. Goodis has served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Revelex Corporation since founding the travel technology company in November 1999. Mr. Goodis has been involved in the development of several successful startup companies and has a comprehensive background in computer and information systems technology in addition to sales and marketing. Prior to founding Revelex, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Shochet Securities, a South Florida brokerage firm. During his tenure at Shochet, Mr. Goodis realized that similar technologies to those used on Wall Street could be applied to the travel industry, thus providing travel agents with real-time pricing and ease of booking. One of his startup companies was a facility in Miami specializing in the training and providing of information for individual online investors. The formation of that company, combined with his background as a broker, led Mr. Goodis to start Revelex and make it a driving force in the travel industry. Mr. Goodis holds a B.A. degree from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.
