Maria Drinkwater

Maria Drinkwater is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in integrated planning, operations, and sourcing within the apparel industry. Currently serving as the Head of Planning COE at Revelyst, Maria previously held the position of Vice President of Integrated Planning and Operations at Wolverine Worldwide, where initiatives included creating transformative strategies and implementing best-in-class processes across multiple brands. Past roles at Wolverine Worldwide included Vice President of Sourcing and Director of Sourcing, during which a significant reduction in production costs and improvements in efficiency were achieved. Notably, Maria has over a decade of experience at adidas group, where leadership encompassed development operations and strategic supplier relationships, resulting in improved product quality and market responsiveness. Maria's career began at Mast Industries, where responsibilities involved managing a $40 million product division and establishing sourcing strategies and logistics. Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Finance/Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
