Geetha Raghuram has extensive experience in technical support and administrative roles, primarily focusing on Japanese language support. Since August 2019, Geetha has held the position of Team Lead-Technical Support at Revenera, progressing from Senior Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer. Prior to this, Geetha worked at Sprinklr as an Annotator and at Tomorrow's Team Singapore Pte. Ltd. as an Administrator, both providing Japanese support. Additional experience includes roles as Admin Executive at Winsure Financial and Translator at Semler Research Centre and CDAC. Geetha also served as a Japanese Tutor at JBG Infosolutions. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Cloud Computing from the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology, a Certificate Course in Japanese from Bangalore University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from MES PU College of Arts, Commerce and Science.
