Fernando Cabello-Astolfi

Fernando Cabello-Astolfi is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the fintech sector. As the Co-founder and CEO of Devengo since February 2019, Fernando has developed a licensed Payment Service Provider offering advanced SEPA payment protocols. In addition to this role, Fernando serves as a Seed Investor in INESPAY, a leading Payment Initiation Service Provider in southern Europe, and as a Seed Investor and Board Observer for Reveni, an emerging platform for instant refunds in e-commerce. Previously, Fernando founded and led Aplazame, a point of sale financing platform, from its inception to successful exit, and co-founded Ibercheck, where innovative solutions for managing financial information were developed. Additional experience includes mentoring at Startupbootcamp, leading BLUESOC as Managing Director, and holding senior roles at Monitor Group and Gas Natural. Fernando holds a Master’s degree in Global Market Economics from The London School of Economics and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
