Franca Pullem has extensive experience in investment and advisory roles, with a focus on early-stage companies in climate, health, and empowerment. Currently serving as an Associate at Revent since October 2022, Franca previously held positions such as Student Venture Partner at Picus Capital and engaged in impact investing with Arvantis Group. Prior experience includes working on AI-driven sustainable finance at ESG Book, institutional clients and green finance at HSBC, and contributing to an investment team at TruVenturo GmbH. Franca's academic background comprises multiple degrees, including an MSc in Innovation & Sustainability from Sciences Po, an MSc in Economics from Università Bocconi, and a BSc in Business Administration from both the University of Mannheim and Universidad EAFIT.
