Roman Schapiro

Roman Schapiro is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles. As Geschäftsführer and co-founder of Headmatch GmbH & Co. KG since September 2010, Roman has played a pivotal role in the company's operations. In addition, Roman serves as an advisor at Revent, a European early-stage venture capital fund focused on environmental and societal returns, since February 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Manager at the Finance department of Michael Page International from 2005 to 2010 and working in audit at Deloitte from 2002 to 2005. Roman holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Freie Universität Berlin, earned between 1997 and 2002.
