Sushil Bendale

Sushil Bendale currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Revent Group since October 2025, overseeing financial operations for multiple subsidiaries. Previously, Sushil held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Carborundum Universal Limited from March 2024 to September 2025, and was a Board Member at Cummins Generator Technologies India Private Ltd. from September 2021 to March 2024. Sushil has extensive experience in finance leadership, having served as Director & Finance Head for various business units at Cummins India, including Cummins Power Systems and Cummins Components, where responsibilities encompassed financial planning, statutory compliance, and product strategy development. Earlier roles include Sr. General Manager - Finance at Tata Cummins and multiple financial leadership positions at Cummins Inc., contributing to strategic planning, capital management, and compliance. Sushil holds an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from JNEC. Sushil is also a Certified Management Accountant in the USA.
