Betty Tufariello is the Head of Legal at Revenue Accelerators and the founder of Intellectulaw, The Law Offices of P.B. Tufariello, P.C. Betty has over 25 years of experience in intellectual property law, trademark law, patent law, copyright law, and business law. Betty has a hands-on commercial background in the scientific, engineering, pharmaceutical and food industries, which gives their direct experience and insights into their clients' needs. Betty is a highly strategic and proactive lawyer who is focused on their clients' best interests. Betty has helped many businesses discover the full extent of their IP, protect it appropriately, and maximize the financial return on their IP. Betty is an ardent advocate for their clients and treats them like family.

Betty Tufariello received their Juris Doctorate from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 1994. Betty specialized in Patent and Copyright Law. During their time at Hofstra, they were a member of LALSA (Latino's Law Student's Association), student member of the Columbian Lawyers Association, and a student member of the Nassau County Bar Association. Betty also published Promise of Mediation: Responding to Conflict Through Empowerment and Recognition, (Associate Author Robert Baruch Bush, J.D.), in 1994.

Before attending Hofstra, Tufariello received their Bachelors of Science from LIU Brooklyn in 1983. Her field was Chemistry and they were president of the American Chemical Society and a member of the Honors program. Betty also published Using the Home Microcomputer to Calculate the Heats of Hydrogenation, American Laboratory, Dec., 1983.

Tufariello's education began at Brooklyn Technical High School where they graduated in 1979.
