István Czilik

István Czilik has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. István is currently working as a Principal Consultant at Insightlynx since February 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Revenue.ai starting from January 2020.

Before joining Insightlynx and Revenue.ai, István worked at EPAM Systems for three years, from September 2016 to December 2019, as the Head of Enterprise Analytics. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in increasing the revenue generated by the Analytics team by over 450%. István successfully implemented analytics transformations across different organizations, ranging from lifesciences to CPG and from 1000 to 100000+ people organizations.

Earlier in their career, István worked at Infomatix Ltd for several years. From January 2002 to August 2016, they held multiple roles including General Member of Board, Head of Business Development, CEO of Infomatix Poland, and General Manager. At Infomatix, they contributed to innovation in mobility and analytical solutions and was responsible for setting the company's vision and approach in areas such as business intelligence & analytics, mobile sales force, and healthcare.
