Dmytrii Kumachov has worked in various roles since 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Economist at PAO “Legbank”. Dmytrii then worked as an IT Analyst at TQM systems from 2011 to 2012, where they provided analysis of CRM systems, workflow processes, and assisted in software quality assurance. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as an IT Analyst/Head of Product Quality and Customer Support at АТ "Інфоплюс", a software company focused on providing best services in Electronic Docflow Systems. During this time, they managed several projects within the company with full product implementation process from software installation to client onboarding and further client support. Finally, they have been working as a Customer Success Manager at Revenue Grid since 2016.

Dmytrii Kumachov obtained a Master's degree in Enterprise Economics from Kyiv National Economics University between 2006 and 2011.
