Illia Chernikov has worked in the technical support and quality assurance fields since 2011. Illia began their career at YellowMediaGroup as a Customer Support Engineer in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Internet Investments Group as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2013, they joined InvisibleSolutions where they held the roles of Senior Technical Support Engineer, Lead Technical Support Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer. In 2020, they joined Revenue Grid as a Lead Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support Manager.

Illia Chernikov attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2007 to 2013, where they earned a Specialist degree in Metrology and Measurement Systems.
