Ivan B. Kalinov

Ivan B. Kalinov has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Ivan is currently serving as the Director of Consulting Services at Revenue Management Solutions, where they provide actionable insights and data-driven analytics to support restaurant businesses globally.

Prior to their current role, Ivan took a paternity leave to focus on family matters, and before that, they worked as the Global Director of Revenue Strategy at The Dedica Anthology from 2018 to 2021. Ivan also held the position of Corporate Head of Revenue Strategy & Reservations at Boscolo Hotels S.p.A. from 2014 to 2018.

In their earlier career, Ivan worked at Marriott International, starting as a Cluster Revenue Analysis Supervisor in 2009 and progressing to become a Multiproperty Director of Revenue Management. Ivan also held the role of Cluster Revenue Analysis Manager for all 11 Marriott hotels in Paris, where they were involved in revenue strategy, analysis, forecasting, and business planning.

Before joining Marriott, Ivan was a Project Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 2008. Ivan also co-founded THE GC FOUNDATION in The Hague from 2004 to 2008 and worked as a Duty Manager at Skotel The Hague Hotel from 2006 to 2007.

Ivan began their hospitality career at Hilton Sofia as a Rooms Division All-Round team member in 2005.

Overall, Ivan's work experience spans various roles in revenue management, strategy, analysis, and operations at both global and local hospitality companies.

Ivan B. Kalinov obtained a High School Diploma majoring in Languages and Math from FLS "Prof. Dr. Assen Zlatarov" Haskovo between 1999 and 2003. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree at Hotelschool The Hague from 2004 to 2008. During this period, they completed a Double Degree in Business Administration and Hotel Management.
