Olivier Rougié began their work experience as an Assistant F&B Manager at Hotel Le Mirador in 1995. Olivier then worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Olivier Singapore Pte Ltd in 1996. In 1997, they became the Food & Beverage Director at Hotel Termes Montbrio. Starting in 2000, they joined Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as an Income Audit Manager. In the same year, they also started working at Revenue Management Solutions (RMS) as a Senior Consultant. At RMS, they held various roles including Vice President Europe, President International, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. Currently, they serve as the President / Chief Financial Officer at RMS.
Olivier Rougié pursued their Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Management at EHL from 1992 to 1996. Olivier then went on to further enhance their education by obtaining a Masters degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, which they completed from 1998 to 2000.
