Revenue Operations is a rapidly growing, and evolving, function that sits within the revenue org. The core purpose of the function is to maximize a company's revenue potential. By aligning sales, marketing, and customer success RevOps can optimize the customer journey. The birth of Revenue Operations Alliance brings a new approach to community in the RevOps space. ROA is a platform for those in RevOps to share their challenges, successes, innovative ideas, and forward-thinking strategies to help inspire others in RevOps. This will be achieved through the community's mission to bring more events to the community, both in-person and virtually so that anyone can get the help, advice, and inspiration they need regardless of location.
