Jesus Bravo Alvarez

Jesus Bravo Alvarez has worked in the tech industry since 2000. Jesus began their career as a Developer at Andago, where they created and maintained websites for PRISA online newspapers. In 2001, they joined Telefonica I+D as an Engineer, where they were responsible for performance analysis and consulting for large telco systems. Jesus also developed a tool to gather and process millions of system and business metrics from thousands of servers. In 2010, they moved to Indra as an Engineer. In 2011, they joined Tuenti as an Engineering Manager, managing five platform/backend teams with a total of 30 engineers. Jesus was also responsible for core architecture, infrastructure, developer tooling, and production environment. In 2020, they moved to Automattic as a Platform Engineer. Jesus is currently a Senior Software Engineer at RevenueCat, a role they have held since 2022.

Jesus Bravo Alvarez completed an Ingeniero Técnico in Informática de Sistemas from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 1999 to 2004, followed by an Ingeniería in Informática from the same institution from 2004 to 2015. Jesus also completed an Ingeniero in Telecomunicación from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1997 to 2004.
