Liêm Võ

Liêm Võ has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Liêm started their career in 2006 as a .NET/Java Developer at TerminalC, where they worked on developing web-based applications for securities, taxing, and logistics. In 2010, they joined Tech Propulsion Labs as an iOS Technical Lead, managing a team of up to 10 members and developing multiple apps for US and European clients. In 2013, Liêm became a Lead Software Engineer at VNG Corporation, where they played a key role in developing core components for mobile applications across the Zalo group. Liêm designed and implemented audio and video call features, as well as developed the live-streaming feature in the Zalo app. Liêm's most recent position is as a Software Engineering Manager at REVER, where they lead teams of developers and engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications and 3D virtual tour systems for the real estate industry. Liêm managed the mobile team in developing iOS and Android applications using the Flutter framework and automated delivery with CI/CD. Liêm also developed and maintained the 3D virtual tour system, replacing an expensive external service and improving the customer experience.

Liêm Võ earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Greenwich, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Natural Science in Vietnam, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their degrees, Liêm Võ also holds certifications in Agile Large Product Development and Scrum Essence 2.0 from Agilead Global, which they obtained in April 2022. Furthermore, they hold a Diploma in Software Engineering and Information System Management from Aptech Academy, earned in June 2005.
