Andy Hoffman

Andy Hoffman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Revera Energy since 2025, Hoffman played a key role in the acquisition of Amp Energy's Australia and UK platforms by Carlyle Global Infrastructure. Prior to this, Hoffman held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Amp Energy, overseeing a structured equity investment for Carlyle Global Infrastructure. Hoffman’s earlier experience includes serving as an Investment Professional at The Carlyle Group and Macquarie Group, focusing on various aspects of infrastructure and liquid credit. Additional roles in corporate finance and structured commodities were held at Edison International, PPL Corporation, and Exelon, enriching Hoffman's expertise in the industry. Hoffman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Government from Franklin & Marshall College between 1999 and 2003.
