Joe Welch

Joe Welch is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in total rewards and HR operations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Reverb since June 2022, Joe previously held significant roles including Director of People Operations at Bungie, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations and managing a team of seven. As Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations at Sierra Nevada Corporation, Joe led a team of 22 in evaluating and redesigning total rewards strategies. Earlier in Joe’s career, roles included Total Rewards Director at Coldwater Creek, Compensation Manager at Walmart, and HR Manager at Costco Wholesale, where Joe contributed to the HR functions for a large workforce. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Seattle University and a BA in Accounting from Western Washington University.
