Seth Rosenbloom

Seth Rosenbloom is a seasoned leadership coach and organizational consultant with extensive experience in coaching, team development, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Principal and Owner of Duende, Seth has been instrumental in guiding leaders to enhance their capabilities and foster inspiring organizational cultures. In addition to the role at Duende, Seth holds positions as Executive Coach at SparkEffect and Leadership Coach at Reverb, providing tailored coaching and consulting across various sectors. Previously, at Point B, Seth led multiple practices focusing on organizational effectiveness and consulting services, while also contributing to the arts as Co Artistic Director of Unicycle Theater Collective. With additional experience in conflict mediation and management consulting, Seth's diverse background is complemented by a BA from the University of Washington in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts.
